We lay great emphasis on proper recruitment and selection of our security personnel and take adequate measures to provide them with the best training and guidance. The entire recruitment cycle is well planned to facilitate hiring of most suitable candidates. We give them a detailed explanation about their job profile, duties and responsibilities. Following are some of the key activities which are pursued during the process:

  • The recruits are to be shortlisted on the basis of their qualification and physical standards. In order to ensure quality in our guarding services we have set the minimum physical standards. Police verifications are conducted and all significant documents like voter ID, ration card, etc are thoroughly checked before hiring anyone.
  • Our panel of officers includes professionals who possess experience of serving in the defence or Para-military forces.
  • Proper training schedules are planned and implemented to enhance the skills and intelligence of the staff by providing them adequate and timely training.
